Default Vehicle Height??

Ok folks.. here's an easy one.... I was having that pulling problem and before I dug into it and foundout it was a bad tire. I let the mechanics try to troubleshoot it down and in the process they dropped the frontend of my 95 Blazer down some. I know it was too high but I think they may have taken it down too low now. Can someone tell me about how this thing is supposed to ride? Maybe a pic that I could look at so I can see how the trim stripe should matchup to the ground?? Also when I go under there to bring it back up some. Am I going to need any special tools to crank up these torsion bars? Or do I just use my normal air ratchet, and is it a normal bolt/nut or is it a weird torx or something like that? ALSO do I use something to clamp those pre-loaders down then turn the bolts.... or do I just start crankin' on the bolts and draw them down???

Thanx for the help...

Nah its real simple 17mm socket (i think) and a decent ratchet. --as for ride height just make the frame rails level with the ground and that should be fine--it will settle after 20 or so miles so set it a little high.
