Default zr2 front suspension to a 4 door blazer

I have a 2003 2 door zr2 in decent condition and I'm parting it out I'd like to know if I could use the front suspension parts to lift my 2001 4 door blazer. I can fabricate shackles to match the lift it gives to the front just need to know if it all matches and if there are any modifications that can be done to make it fit. If anybody has knowledge or even done it yourself I'd love to know how the process went. Thanks in advance

The frames are different and not interchangeable so nothing from the z will work on a standard blazer.

Only way to get lift from ZR2 stuff is to cut both frames in half and then weld them back together.

But use the diffs from the Z on yours.

Ok can any one tell us what part of the frame is different ? For example: "where the lower control arms mount on is wider on the zr2" or "the lower control arm has the mounting bushings" etc ... It won't work is not an answer lol

Here's a more detailed explanation I found helpful:

s10- vs the s-10 zr2 ? the differences - Ask Mr. Mike: GM Engineer - Zr2USA.com

I hope it helps.

Where the control arms mount to the frame is wider and lower....

In this case "it won't work" was the answer to the question asked. you can't get the ZR2 lift by swapping ZR2 suspension.
