Extreme rims will not fit correctly on a 4x4. Id try American Racing, Pacer, Mickey Thompson, etc. for a good set of 4x4 rims.

Yes, there are companies that make 16" wheels that fit the S10-Blazer. I have a set of 16x8" stock Firebird wheels on my '87. Call around, the 5 on 4.75" bolt pattern is not unique, GM has used it on quite a few vehicles over the years, including the corevette.

The Camaro 16" rims fit, In fact I just got a set of 1999 Z28 16's for mine, and just today picked up a set of BF Goodrich All-Terrain TA's. I got LT245/70/16's Before I mount them I might have to weld a little bit onto the steering stops to keep the inside of the tire from hitting the sway bar at full-turn, (I did a mock-up fit with the Camaro's 245/50/16's and they just barely hit the sway bar) but otherwise they should fit great. I think your selected tire size will take a good (expensive) suspension lift to clear though. The 265/75's are a 32" tall tire, and Ithink they are hard to clear on these trucks without spending big bucks.
