Question 2 p235 70r 15 with 2 p235 75r 15

Hi,

I have a 1993 s-10 blazer that now has 4 tires size p235/75r/15's on it. I can buy 2 new tires from someone real cheap but they are size p235/70r/ 15's. Can I put these 2 tires on the front and keep the 2 p235/75r/15's on the rear without causing any problems??

Thank you in advance for your help

Vinnie

I would think so just the 70 series will be slightly lower profile tire. But, I don't think it's enough of a change to hurt anything.

I know for sure if you're 4wd you will mess all kinds of things up, your transfer case being number 1 (if you use 4wd).

What I'm not sure of is if the wheel speed sensors will like having two different sized tires and activating ABS.

Thumbs up Thank you

Thanks for your help

To be on the safe side I will put the same size tires on the front as the ones that are on the back

I know on today's modern trucks puting on different size tires can screw up your transfer case. But I also know the oldies from the 70's and early 80's it wasnt as important lots of the old timers I know didnt care and never had a problem.
