It has a solid front axle and the guy I got it from used Jeep axles and Isuzu Trooper leaf springs. The shocks that are on there now are pretty much along for the ride, I just noticed they have pin holes in them from rubbing against the frame and all the fluid is gone. Time to replace those. Any suggestions?

You'll need a minimum 4" lift to fit 33s. More depending on wheel offset

Thank you all for helping me with my question!
I have one more question. Oh by the way I'm sorry I forgot to mention I have a 2004 chevy blazer 4dr. 4x4. Im wanting to get some new wheels. I found some Cragar soft 8's online and they are 15x8 wheels with 5x4.75 bolt circle pattern with 4in. backspace. I have been hearing 4in. backspace isnt enough to clear without rubbing. Would I need to buy wheel spacers? Would I need to trim the brake calipers?

4" backspacing shouldn't rub the frame, but it depends on the style of tire. I had 33s with both 4" BS and 4.75" BS wheels and a 5" lift and I had to trim the rear of the front fenders to clear the tires while turning.

with a -12 offset you wouldn't be able to run a tire much bigger than the factory size. to run those wheels with 33s you would need at least 4" lift and fender trimming.

Default wheel selection

im having a bit of a problem.. im looking for new wheels for my blazer but im having trouble. I found some wheels that have a 3" backspace with a -25.00mm offset. They are 15"x7" and 5x4.75 bolt pattern. Will that fit a 2004 chevy blazer? another wheel I was looking at is 15"x7" wheel with 3.750" backspacing with -6.00mm offset. would those fit? would I need wheel spacers? im new at this. thank you for your help.
