Hey Guys me Mark.I am from Australia.I search this forum through Google.Can any one tell me that i fit 20 inch rims on my 2001 S10 Xtreme?

As long as you keep the tire diameter the same as what you have on there you can run any size (diameter) rim as you want. Until the point where you have to put rubber bands on a 28" wheel.

Keep in mind backspacing when looking for a new wheel and try to keep it as close to stock.
