I put 30x10.50s on my 4.5'' backspace rims with no lift..Couldnt turn more than 3/4 of a steering wheel revolution either way. I thought the same thing..."how bad can it be? Im just going home from the tire store and then the shackles go on.."

It was bad. Wait, or plan ahead for no turns, and avoid any kind of speed bump or curb.

Edit: To get an idea of it...put your hand at 3 or 9 oclock on the wheel, and make a turn, stopping the wheel when that hands at 12 oclock (3/4 of the way around, get it?) ...see how well you can handle
