is there any way i could possibly fit 31x10.5x15's on my 99' dr. 4x4 without a body or suspenion lift? perhaps with spacers?

 

Short answer, NO.

Spacers would just make things worse.

Yes, and even then, you may rub at full steering lock with the suspension compressed depending...

 

just spend the 200 bucks to get a bl.
they make your truck look more aggressive
and assuming your truck has the stock 28's
if you get 31's and a 2 inch bl then you will have
3.5in of lift at the body and 1.5 at the frame
the 3.5 inches does do alot for the look of the truck
