Default im confused??

i am looking to get a set of the cragar soft 8's like alot of the ppl on here have done but i keep reading different things such as they will rub depending on the backspacing and offset and some ppl are saying they wont. i just want to know what size i will need to get so they wont rub at all if possible. im sticking with the stock tire size. i have a 99 ls 4x4 4 door. i would like to know all the specs such as offset and backspacing. it would be greatly appreciated.

all you need is to get the same size as the stock rims. 15x7 with a 6inch offset and you will be fine. no rubbing.

All depends what your wanting the tire for. As far as what brands are in demand I think it's just what ever the buyer likes.

I'll tell you buying my Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armors was the best thing I could have done to my truck. Rides great now, and traction on the dirt roads is ridiculous... My truck isn't lacking in the power department and I was having difficulty getting them to let go on the packed camp road... Loose gravel would have been different but show me 1 tire that doesn't spin in gravel. My Michelin LTX's that I had on my Blazer would let me break loose on the camp roads without a second thought.
