New rims and tires
#1
Cant wait til Monday
I got 4 new Dunlop Mud Rover 31x10.50r15 for $60 the whole set

and the rims I am ordering when I can find the right backspacing I want.

What do you think?
Cant wait til they are on. Plus SummitRacing is about 30-40 mins from my house so Monday is my day off making a trip there to pick them up!!

If you aren't lifted I would suggest the higher backspacing, I'm pretty sure a 31x10.5 will rub when you turn if you are running the 4". Most of my experience is with slammed cars, and offset though. So maybe someone can either confirm or deny my theory? Either way 4.5" would give you more clearance from the fenders when turning.

Yeah I am calling Jegs and Summit today to see if they have a few different rims in stock so I can pick them up instead of them shipping them to my house so they wont get stolen.
Anyone care to chime in on backspacing?
4"
or
4.5"
??
thanks

I have a body lift, and 30.5"-31" tires. 16" rims with a 4" backspace. My tires rub like crazy, even with a lot of trimming.
Going from this, You'd probably want to look at a 5-6" backspace.
