Default New Tires

Hey guys, well it was finally time for some new treads. Big O was having a sale, buy two, get two. I couldn't turn it down. They were willing to experiment on what size the max on a stock suspension Blazer, and this is what I got. 31/10.50/15. Ive had them on for about a week and I've only had them rub once, and that was going around a corner at about 50, down hill, with a sharp dip in the middle (probabley going a little fast). I think if I put a couple turns on the torsion bars and it wouldn't happen again. Anyway I'm really happy with the way they fill out the wheelwells

looks good. I'd watch out for hitting bumps while your turning they'll rub a lot until you crank your tbars up a little

Like I said I've been driving for about a week, and I've even tried going over speed bumps at 20mph, and nothing yet! I am amazed, because there was a bunch of people here saying 30/9.50/15s were rubbing. Anyway they said if I have any problems, to bring them back. So they must have been confident. The brand is "Mud Claw" Extreme Traction. I am also amazed at how smooth they are. As long as you are going above 3mph. I have never had a tire this agressive, I was ready for them to ride like a old tractor. Maybe I'm remembering the old days.

they may be shorter than 31's. Take a tape measure and see how tall they really are. I know my 31's are only 30 1/4" tall. some can be shorter or taller depending on the brand

Looks nice, gives it more of a aggressive look.
