Exclamation Noobie needs an answer quick...Ready to order parts!

Ok. So I'm about to do a 2" body lift, torsuin crank and 2" lift shackles on my 1995 blazer 4x4. My question is about the wheels. The ones I'm looking at are pro comp rock crawlers (although soft 8s etc would be fine but the ones I'm seeing have 4" BS and unsure if they will work for me???). Should I get 15x7 with 4.5" bs and -12mm offset or 15x8 with 4.5" BS and 0mm offset. Im mounting 31x10.50 tires and would like for the tires to stick out of the fender well a bit. Please help asap as I am ready to go ahead and order all this stuff and can't find a definite answer as to what wheels I need so they will fit and look the way I want with minimal issues. Thanks a lot!
