From what I've heard, the TB butterfly mod helps throttle response, but can actually hurt performance...
I'm running 30s on my Blazer, and there's been no real change in mileage... If there's anything that did change it on mine, it's the bush guard and all the lights, lol.
I've found, that if I tune the hypertech for regular fuel, and run mid-grade, it does a lot better on mileage...
And a turbo, would probably help your mileage a little... As long as you didn't get crazy with the boost, lol
