I have a chance to get either the late 80's IROC camaro 5 star 15's for $100 or the early 90's camaro 5 star with a twist 16's for $120... Which should I go for in your guys opinions?

Changed my mind. I found a set of 4th gen 5 stars for $125 with only 25k miles on them. They've been off the car for a long time and sitting in a guys garage attic...! They look brand new! Can't wait to get them on the truck!

Sounds like a good deal. Post up pics when you get them.

Well, I changed my mind. I ended up getting the 4th Gen 96 Firebird rims for the truck. While the IROC's were a great deal, I like the look of these ones better. I'm lowering the truck with the intention of doing a Typhoon knock off, so these will go better with it then the IROCs will IMHO. Already have the Mitsi TD06 turbo charger waiting around, just gotta get the plumbing to install it this winter. Next spring, I should have a 01 Blazer Typhoon knock-off....

Nice choice. May I know how much did you pay to get the Firebird rims?

Picked up the rims for $150. The guy bought it in 96, drove it summer only, took the rims off in 98, and they've been in his garage attic ever since. They are almost mint condition.
