Default Painted my rims

Good weekend project, first time using a sand blasting booth, and a paint gun, big thanks to my uncle Don for the help.

Thanks, they were one of the reasons I painted stock 4x4 rims vs buying new black rims. I have not seem any s10 with black steel gm rims only the silver- gray.
Fun fact rims appear to be dated 83 and they stopped making the caps but they still make the bow tie inserts...for $33.

Thanks, I do too but got a body lift, t-bar crank and lift shackles to install. And I also have to modify my grille guard mount due to the body lift.

I painted the same rims black also minus the caps which I'm looking for. Getting tires mounted on them as I type. Should have pics of them on my truck up tonight

Did you think about getting a chrome beauty ring? Here are other rims I had on (15x6) with rings and I think it just enough chrome to look good.

Cool, will need some pics with caps, fyi the caps I linked to use special lugs that have treads on them for plastic caps to go over lugs and hold the hub cap on.
