pre 2000 Envoy lug and offset
The Lug pattern and offset of the pre-2000 GMC Envoy...Is it the same as the Blazer?
I think its the same pattern, but for some reason I don't know for sure.

Yes exactly the same. 5 on 4 3/4" bolt circle. The 4WD wheels will have a different backspacing than your 2WD does, but I'm not sure as to what the backspacing is on either one. I believe the 4WD is about 6", and the 2WD is about 3 or 3 1/2", but again..not sure.
