Spacers would even out the stance and you definitely wouldn't hit the frame or sway bar at that point. But by doing this you risk rubbing the fender because the wheels will stick out. So if you don't mind doing some fender trimming (if need be) then I say go for it. You want to buy quality hub-centric spacers. It is advised that you not get lug-centric or cheapy spacers. Just remember with spacers no shop will touch your wheels because of the liability of them. Also be sure to torque them to specs. Good luck!
