rim question

i was woundering if any of the Cragar 342 Series Steel Wheel on jegs would fit my blazer?its a 2000 LT 4x4...
what back spacing and bolt pattern would i need..i know they are 15x7 by 5bolt...i want to put 30x9.5 x15's on.
thanks for any info...
