We'll these fit a 98 4wd, the owner said they are from a 4wd but want to make sure they'll fit mine before i buy them. They were on a 92 blazer 4wd is what he said.

If they indeed came off a S10-Blazer then Yes they will fit your truck.
I only question where they came from because of the lug bolt pattern. The S10 usea 5 on 4.75" pattern. Ford and Jeeps use a 5 on 4.5" bolt pattern. Verify they came off a S10-Blazer and not an Explorer.
Either he has the bolt pattern size wrong or the model of the vehicle they came off? One will work, and the other won't.

Yeah he lists that they have a 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern and as Hanr3 said Blazer's use 5 on 4.75 (I took the ones I bought for my '84 and put them on my '00) so you need him to clarify.
