tirerack.com is where the first links are from in my original posting. I've been reading reviews and everything was just wondering what people opinions are on the tires or if people have suggestions on ones that i should get (I.E will last a long time ect ect). I'm leaning towards the General Grabbers or the Wranglers from Walmart.

My only question (and yes I know there is post after post on it) is will the 31's rub massively with only torsion and shackles? I've read so many different posts and each one says something different.

I use Michelin LT X Radials from SAMS Club. Long tread life, very smooth and great gas mileage. I can't speak for off road capability though.

If you don't want to trim or put a lift on, don't go bigger than 30x9.5x15.

I have ran;

stock 235x75x15 wrangler RTS. Great for tread life. (and that is about all)

30x9.5x15 cheap mud tires. Price was right but I wouldn't recommend them.

31x10.5x15 goodyear territories (similar to the walmart ones) great all around tire!

Pic with no lift. They rubbed lots.

Right now I'm running 33x10.5x15 KM2's Love these tires! I would buy them again.

That is what I have run. With that being said, I recommended the Generals to my dad for his full size. Great all season look, and I am sure the will be better than the tires he currently has.
