Default Spare Mount for Back

I have a 2001 S10 LS and the spare tire is in the trunk which is VERY inconvenient. Especially since I just installed a new sound system and the sub woofer is back there. Leaves me with no room at all. I have been looking around the internet and have seen that some people have installed mounts that put their spares on the back of the truck. Has anyone done this? If so how difficult was it to do?

go for it....not that hard at all.
just need some patience and a helper or strap to help level it.

where there is a will there is a way.
