Well its good thing someone knows the exact numbers for tires, because i sure dont. is there a post on here on how the size codes work?

I'll break it down:
265/70R15
The first number, 265, is the width of the tire in millimeters (1mm = 0.039 inch) so 265mm == 10.43 inches
The next number is the aspect ratio, which is the ratio of sectoin width to sidewall height. On a 265/70 tire, the sidewall will be 70% of the tread width or 265mm*70% == 265mm*0.70 == 185.5mm (7.3 inches).
The last number is the diameter of the rim in inches.
To get to the overall height of the tire, double the sidewall (in inches) and add it to the rim diameter. This is the no-load diameter of the tire (give or take).

ill get a quote tommorow since thats my day off
o thats way over priced i think, and tire disposal fee is only $2 per tire not 2.69 or watever it said, so something is off

yea you gotta understand though that its firestone tires, theyre are notorious for being over priced on every little thing.

well they were really busy and i only got one quote but they were good tires btw
he said something about the size that was given to me, like it wasnt one we carried or dosent exsit, im not sure
o and if u cant see the whole thing,(if your using mozilla firefox) right click on it and click view imige and u will be able to see whole thing on ur screen click it and it changes to its orgioal size

thanks man. is that quote going to be the same at all town fair tire stores? I will stop in to a couple of different store and see what their prices are and see how cheap i can get them.

bring that in, if they have a problem the them to call that store and talk to jp about a quote, on a balzer, it should be the same in all states, but we dont have a sales tax so it might be alittle more i dont know about CT
