Default Wheel Ideas?

I'm trying to go to a 16" wheel when I get my lift (2" suspension/2" body) and am looking for some suggestions for similar offset and spacing specs to the stock wheels.

Also, I wanna wrap them in 265/75's, anybody have any rubbing issues with this? Should I go to a less wide/more sidewall combo?

It will depend a lot on the backspacing of the rims you get, and how much you are willing to trim off your fenders. I'm running 265/70/17's and I had to trim a 2" wedge off the back of the front fender to make sure I don't rub when turning with the suspension compressed. With my current setup I have 5.5" backspacing and I do rub the frame just barely at full lock when turning.

If you want a 16" wheel, take a look at the Camaro IROC wheels. Their the same bolt pattern as the Blazer. A couple forum guys here run them, and they look pretty decent.

Do you know if the offset/spacing is at least in the same ball park ?
I'd like to run the least amount of spacers possible.

I'm also open to knew wheels if anybody has a nice set of 16's on their truck to suggest.

If you want Camaro or similar GM wheels the Camaro and other F body cars had 4.5" backspacing up into the 90's. I'm not exactly sure when they changed, but some time in the 90's or very early 2000's they moved to a different design wheel with 6.8" backspacing.

My 17's are from a 2002 Camaro SS and are 17x9.

18 in alum 2012 camaro wheels. I dont think they were quite 6.8 back space but did take a 2.25in adapter. Also 4 3/4 bolt circle to 120mm b.c. is just enough for some hatchet dude to force fit.

18 is a little big, it's a 4x4, so I'm lookin for a little bit of meat for the tire. 16 would prolly be the biggest I go. Thanks tho!

93 is when they changed to 6.875" backspacing. All of the 16" wheels from 85-92 had staggered wheels with 4.5" BS for the front and 5.25" for the rear so finding a set of 4 with the same backspacing would be difficult. You could always run the fronts on the rear and rears on the front of the blazer to make them match a bit better but you wouldn't be able to do a full rotation then.

This site has all the information on 3rd and 4th gen Camaro wheels
