I always love questions like this... They have been asked so many times its not funny. Heck, they've even been answered HERE, which used to be a sticky in this section, but has since been moved to the DIY section.

Height will fit, but dep[ending on the offset if weather the 11.5's will work, I know stock for stock a 30x9.5x15 is the biggest that will fit on a stock suspension S-10 4x4 non ZR2

The only set of 30x11.5 that I can think of are made by Interco and are the LTB tires. Aggressive as heck, however I beleive they are also bias-ply tires.
