Will They fit??
I picked up some Ultra wheels claws 16x8 with a +25 offset and some 255/70/16 tires to put on them. My question is will they fit on a standard 4dr 4wd? Everything I have read said that a 30in tire will fit with no rubbing. According to a tire calculator these tires should be 30.05" diameter and 10.03" wide. Also thinking of adjusting torsion bars to lift a little and help them clear. How safe is this? It seems like it would put a lot of stress on the front end.
Thanks

8" wide with a +25mm (~1") offset would make for about 5" of backspacing. This is fairly close to the factory 6" (closer than most rims). Those tires should not have too much trouble. The problem may be while steering and it would likely be at the firewall. Factory offset rims should not have problems with a 30x10 wheel. Most run 30x9.5-15's on the factory rims.

I believe that you will be able to get away with this. If it does rub while turning, you could always crank the t-bars a bit or do a body lift.

I didn't realize it was 6" on a 4wd. Is there anything I can do like spacers or lift?

Spacers will make things worse not better.

sorry 2nd reply was posted while I was responding. How far can I go with t bar and not kill my front end?

1.5" seems to be a happy medium, but any tbar crank will increase wear and tear.

Oh ok, you mean lift spacers... Nope, just adjust the t-bars up for about an inch of free lift in the front... I would not even mess with the rear (I don't care for the nose down look).

I like the fender flares on your truck. Where did you get them? I have searched for Pace flares but don't see them for 4dr blazers. I have seen that there is different models (ie no lip, heavy duty, etc) just wondering which ones you have and any pros and cons.
