Default Wrong tires - rim still okay?

So I'm out there looking at the tires on my '95 Jimmy - they're Uniroyals, 205/75R15's. Only the door sticker says they're supposed to be 235/70R15's. As pointed out elsewhere, this is a common mistake because while both sizes (among others) were stock on our vehicles depending on your trim, Internet searches for this vehicle (and perhaps many tire stores' searches) seem to only ever show the 205/75R15's for some reason. Still, on my truck it's the wrong tire; and the 205's on there now look like wimpy, skimpy rubber rings of weakness and sad.

Question, just to make sure: the 235/70R15's I eventually get will fit fine on the rims I got, right? I shouldn't need new rims?

What kind of rims do you have, you may even be able to go to 30x9.5x15s.
