03 Envoy XL SLE fuel tank size?
Howdy...just bought an 03 Envoy XL and on Edmunds.com it claims to have 25gallon tank. The dealer told me 80 liters and I was able to put into the mid 70's at my first fillup. I got 534 kms on that tank and refilled 72 liters which by my math is just over 20mpg which for this truck is good.
Of course I was expecting 700km to a tank based on Edmunds(not knowing how many liters = 25 gallons).
So my question... is the tank different for cars built for canada? Are there any 25 gallon tanks in these things?

These trucks were offered with a 22 gallon (83.3L) extended range fuel tank. RPO code NNK was for the 22 gallon tank. Most were fitted with the standard 18.7 gallon (70.8L) tank, but I believe there are a higher percentage of GMT370 (long wheelbase EXT/XL models) trucks with the larger tank than the GMT360 trucks (short wheelbase models).
My calculation shows that you went 331.8 miles (534kM) on 19 US gallons (72L) which is ~17.5 miles per US gallon.

Ah, I was using imperial gallons. So then as i thought I wasn't getting the fuel mileage I was hoping for afterall. Time for a tuneup I guess. I almost like getting low mileage at first when i buy a vehicle so i can do things to improve it and see what impact each thing has.
I've read the 2003 doesn't have a MAF or PCV, therefore I'm assuming fuel filter, o2 sensors, air filter and clogged cat could be my main targets?

17.5MPG isn't anything to sneeze at.
I wouldn't do anything but routine maintenance.
You are correct that there is no PCV or MAF sensor.
