Default Fuel Filter change

As my name indicates, I have a 2007 Trailblazer LT 4.2 V6

I need to replace my fuel filter

I saw some vids on YouTube and it looks pretty easy depending on which car you have

Is my vehicle equipped with one of those cylinder filters outside of the fuel tank or is mine located inside the fuel tank where I need to take entire take off?

Default

It should be directly ahead of the fuel tank. The crappy part of the GMT360/370 fuel filter is the mounting. The bracket it mounts into is part of the fuel tank and it is held in place by a bolt that likes to rust itself in place making it VERY difficult to remove the old filter.
