Default 82 k10 blazer

I got this locally here in Park Hill, Ok

1800 dollars had the original diesal wich everyone tells me is ****
but got a 350 swap has a 700r4 tranny (wich mudding I blew out 3 and 4 clutch plates )
Trying to find another one or a good mudding tranny swap.

Got the drivers side power window on a 3 way toggle for now till i get a door panel and wire it up.

wired the wipers to a 2 way toggle.

revving it up last night I busted the water pump shaft that bolts to the pulley and fan clutch so have to replace that this next week did i mention it spun in my radiator and put a hole in that so new radiator maybe alum idk yet.

come with these bfgoodrich tires and a set of super swamper thornbird tsl's

all 31inch

Don't no much about it besides those thing's took it thru water few time's and water past the door and she pulled right thru it np even with the tranny the way it is and every hill iv thrown at her she hasnt even spun a tire.

anyway let me no what you think and any advice or websites where i can get gear at would be apprciated

I need good sites that carry aftermarket parts for this offroad part's that is.

Allso thinking about later doing a 454 fuel injection swap to her

probably better off with those bfg's thornbirds are like slicks in the mud, i ran them on my s10 and saved me from lots of breakage due to not having any traction. water pumps are really easy on these trucks. great truck to mess around with, ive had a few of these over the years

New spark plugs
New hoses

Ripped our the rear carpet and padding it was freaking soaked so some of the rear steel is rusted and where the tire rack mounted it broke so need to replace some of the rear.

Got the top off finally and today im redoing the bolt mounts ima just weld bolts to the body inside and use a washer and nut to hold the top down

if you start welding any floor parts in or inside walls make sure the roof it on or that your quarter panels didnt sag. i had a rusty k5 and took the top off and one side dropped like two inches, took forever to line that thing back up

I have a 82 chevy k10 blazer and ive been told that the 350 turbo transmission I have in it will be eaten up by my 4x4. i ran a th350 for about 4 years with 38 inch tires with no problems. very cheap to rebuild tough too

lmc.com pretty much has everything for these trucks or craigslist for a used one but hard to tell if they are any good until you hook them up
