Try cleaning the sensors on the hubs and check them over really good they may have gotten dirty or damaged with the lift install.

Alright thanks! I noticed my speed is 5 off at 60 do i need a pcm tune to fix that? I got 2 tunes from pcm4less before one the truck wouldnt start the 2nd it ran like crap. he wasnt sure why and I dont know why my truck wouldnt take the tunes.

Wierd on the tune issues! I've never had one so I'll wait for others to help you out with that. As for the Speedo its of cause of the larger tires. Mine is off too. I think a tune will fix that tho.

Thanks guys! Yeah the sensor became unplugged (If the wire by the passenger front wheel is the abs sensor? It barely reaches so Im going to try and reroute or make it longer so it doesn't happen again.

I used black bear performance for my tune. And I love it, they should be able to adjust the speedo for the size of tires you are running as well as adjust for gears, etc. Check out black bear. The tune is 200 if you send them a pcm, or 260 if you keep your pcm.
