Got some more progress done today. All the lift parts are installed and tightened up.
I did some more test fitting and cutting the frame for clearance for the coilovers. I removed the factory top mount and made a tubular upper mount. I got everything tacked in place. Need to get the shocks here to make sure everything is perfect before final welding.
Heres a couple pics showing the hoop and the full setup. Once everything is welded I still need to paint the control arms.

Looking good man... I know that feeling lol just remeber it when they wanna go riding around or need you to help them. what size tires you going with after your done?
Got some more progress done. Been waiting three weeks for a friend of mine to help put the front diff back in. Still didn't show so I did it myself like always. Can never count on anyone when you need them.
I installed the Rough Country Diff Drop. Gives you alittle less then an 1". The sale rep at Rough Country said it was an 1.5" drop but it's not.

I was thinking of a 37" not completely sure yet. Should fit OK on it with all the lift. I think 35's are going to look to small.

Found the coilovers today. Spoke to so many different company's. All telling me somethings wrong with my front suspension and that theres not enough travel. I had to keep telling them it's a ZR2 not a Jeep with 14"s of travel.
A few places wanted to build a custom shock over $1500 for a pair. I told them sorry not gonna work. Ended up buying from QA1 those guys are great spent about 2 hours on the phone with the sales guy with a tape measure in hand. Figured everything out out including spring rate. So far $425 I got my shocks ordered from Summit should have them in a few days. All the others were made to order three to four weeks. I don't have that kind of time to waste.
So this weekend I'll get the other side cut and mocked up like the passenger side then once the shocks come and I test fit them I can weld everything up get everything painted and bolt it all back together.
Still need to order my tie rod setup going with a Heim setup there but want to get it back on the wheels to get my measurements.
