Default Stopping Rust?

So I was cleaning my car today and found the slightest speck of surface rust on a panel. It's not enough to warrant grinding and whatnot, so I was wondering if there's any products out there that will simply stop the rust from spreading without heavy cosmetic work? Thanks!

Zinc Chomiate paint stops rust. I'm sure I misspelled it but it is yellow. How big & bad is the spot? Maybe just touch it with touchup paint. Clean it as best you can before touching it up.

Klean-Strip Rust Converter
Or something similar. You need a converter, not an inhibitor. Most converters will need to be pained on (great for spots) and it turns black. then you can sand it and paint it. It really works.
