Default 4wd issues

i have a 2000 chevy blazer and its stuck in 4wd drive. i have read a lot of the forum response regarding this issue. i was wondering if it would just be easy to replace all the part instead of trying to diagnose each individual scenario? any help would greatly be appreciated.

If you want it out of 4x4 (depending on the issue), remove the battery and battery shelf. Under it should be a servo. Going into the servo should be a vacuum line. See if there is vacuum in the line, and if there is keep it off the servo and plug it with something.
