Default 4x4 Problem, No lights or clicking sound

Ok so today I decided to try my 4x4 for the first time since I had the truck. I bought the truck back in May and really didnt need 4x4 then or really think to try it out before then. Stupid me.

I have already done a Forum search on 4x4 problems before you guys think "Oh great, another 4x4 problem" and havent found anything for no dash lights problems. Everything says your light should flash or go out, etc. But I get no light.

So anyway I read my owners manual and it says to switch into 4Hi to just hit the 4Hi button and the button should flash and then switch into 4Hi and remain steady. I hit the button and I get no flashing or anything. From readng other posts, I should hear some sort of clicking from the dash area. I dont see or hear anything. So what now?

I have tried it when it was sitting still, with a slow roll in gear and in Neutral. Nothing, even tried 4Lo and no light flashing when I pushed that.

taken from the link above:
Common problems:

Switch failure: Nothing works. Pushing either end causes NOTHING to actuate (No sound from dash or transfer case)

Have you read this thread?

https://blazerforum.com/forum/1st-generation-s-series-1983-1994-tech-40/4x4-problem-need-help-please-50904/

I had no light when I turned the ignition and nothing happened when i pushed either 4HI or 4LO, but when I unpluged the transfer case modul and had it unpluged a couple of minutes and then pluged it back in again the 4 wheel drive worked perfect. Check out the thread!

Default 4x4 problems again

hey i had the problem with the 4x4 only working in 4lo when its in neutral well i bought a new encoder motor and put that in and unhooked the battery and then tried it and the 4hi went right in no problem drove it and when i pushed the 4hi button to get it out of 4hi it showed on the switch that it was out of 4wd, put it in reverse backed up and then took off then thought for the hell of it to reach under the truck to see if i could turn the front drive shaft while in drive with the ebrake on and the 4wd was still engaged cuz i couldn't turn the front drive shaft but when the 4hi light is on the front tires are engaged and when the 4hi light is off the front tires are disengaged but the front drive shaft is still engaged, i have earlier replaced the front differential 4wd switch, the vacuum switch on the transfercase and the vacuum accuator under the battery and just today the encoder motor oh and the 4wd goes into 4hi like it should but when i push the 4lo button in neutral the light blinks a few times and then pops itself into 4hi but like i said the hubs disengage but the transfercase dosent, got any ideas.
