I'm an old school musclecar guy... cooler, use to be better. So when I replaced the radiator and water pump on my '96 Dakota, I went 160. Truck ran fine, but the heater was useless. So I stepped up to 180, still chilly and still running fine.

Personally, I am against 195's because of the increased pressure on the radiator. It's too much for the plastic tanks to last.
