I have gone through steering completely now, minus steering column itself. Ordering upper and lower control arms, and wheel bearings soon. Hoping the front 4x4 components are still good.. it has the 2.8l and needs valvle cover gaskets other than that runs decent. I am looking to out a 350 in it preferably carbureted... It needs fenders all the way around and I would like a new rad support/front core support. With that being said.
I also have a 3.4L also the 60 deg. V6 that I am led to believe is a direct swap for the 2.8L drive line. Was wondering if building that block up to around 300HP is feasible and worth it. I need a rebuild kit for the 3.4L all bearings and seals. Have pistons, heads etc. Need intake which I am also led to believe the 2.8l TBI will drop right into the 3.4L.
Looking for opinions and suggestions.
