1994 Bravada transmission swap questions
hello, so my 94 bravada transmission has been acting up for awhile and a couple days ago it started slipping like mad so time for me to make a swap.
will my 93 bravada transmission work in the the 94? if not ill need to go the junk yard route and car-parts.com shows 2 variations of the 94 tranni can anybody tell me how to determine which one i have ?
any info is much appreciated, i seem to be drowning in a bunch of blazer parts that dont interchange lol

It will bolt right up yes, just have a look to make sure the pan is the same shape, and the plugs are in the same spots and have the same connectors. Its most likely a 4L60 transmission that you have in both vehicles.

'93 was the first year for the 4L60E (electronic controls). I don't have my ATSG manual in front of me right now, but I do not think there were differences from 93-94. I know that some things changed in '95 though.
