Strange clunk in 94 Jimmy

Ok guys, I've done a ton of work on my 94 Jimmy, and it runs like a top at 60,000 miles, getting a steady 18.5 mpg (60/40 <hwy). However, there are a few issues that I'm having trouble diagnosing:
The first is a strange clunk. When I'm driving around town, generally in the burbs at 25mph or so, I'll hear a mysterious clunk whenever I hit the brakes or go over a bumb at a low speed. 5-10 mph seems to be where I hear it most, it's just a kind of thump that sounds like it's coming from about underneath the driver's seat. I've bought new torsion arm mounting bushings, but upon inspections, the original ones are almost perfect shape. Trans crossmember is nice and snug, nothing jiggling around there. From what I've been able to observe, everything is in tip top shape, but I still hear this heavy clunking sound.
The second problem I have is the truck pulls really hard to the right. I got an alignment and it still really pulls, it actually takes some effort to turn it left, and to drive in a straight line on the freeway, the steering wheel is tilted about 280 degrees to the left. At first I hypothesized that it was because I got the truck stuck once and the idiot that towed me out attached his winch cable to the tie rod end, but none of my steering or IFS components seem to show any signs of damage or abuse. I did notice that the driver side rear or the trucks sags about an inch or so, and the front passenger wheel has a little extra camber to it.
-could it be a worn out leaf spring that's causing the sharp pull to the right? I bought all new control arm bushings because I thought maybe that's why the front wheel tilts out a little bit, but I don't think the original ones look all that bad, especially with only 124,000 miles on the frame.
Any input is greatly appreciated guys!
Thanks
