2.8 tune
Not difficult Change your plugs first one at a time putting the wires back on as we go to the next. Change the distributor cap next, aline the new cap in front of the old cap ( aline
with the base of the caps ) replace the wires to the new cap one at a time. Remove the old cap ( it will be tight to get out ) and rotor . Replace rotor then new cap. Replace wires
one at a time ( pair your new wires together by lengths before starting replacement ) and your done. I assumed you wanted to replace the distributor cap and rotor for a good tune up. I buy my stuff at Auto Zone or Napa seams to work ok. I have a 2.8 also.

For plugs =ac delco or ngk.
wires = ac delco or napa
cap and rotor = just make sure they are brass and not aluminum.
fuel filters etc = whatever you want, ive never had issues with those.
Like he^ said. just do 1 wire at a time so you dont get things mixed up. Lay the wires out in a row so you can match the sizes. Put anti seize on the plug threads and dont trust the pre-gapped plugs. gap them yourself. 1 or 2 are never right.
