Default 4.3 Vortec will not take fuel/Hesitates, then dies stalls!!

I have a 1994 4x4Chevy S10 Blazer 4.3CPI Vortec, It will start and run Approx.10- 15 minutes and idle GREAT, but then will just die for no reason? Now, if you try to give it fuel or punch the gas pedal to rev it up( What I call "FLOOR-IT")--IT BOGS DOWN and wants to die. Occasionally, you can ease the fuel(SLOWLY) by hand at the motor and it will rev up, but it will almost immediately BOG-DOWN and try to spit and sputter and shut off? And when it Dies/Stalls it takes forever to start back again??? It Has Gas in it, replaced fuel pump, getting 55 psi fuel pressure?? Im lost?? Oh, I did however have a dead battery( After Cranking on it for a while), but charged it. It also wants to backfire when giving it fuel. What would you guys check or do next? NOW, its not driveable--PLEASE do not suggest to try and take it to Advanced Auto and pull codes--I cant afford to TOW it their!! However, It looks great, has 20" customized wheels/Tire package retailing over $2500/4 door/power everything/Automatic---WILL SELL AS is $1000-------IM TIRED OF TRYING to fix it, IM not a mechanic, but can do some things--I might be better off selling it, huh? I guess my biggest problem is, I just had a "CRATE-Engine" installed 3-4 months ago and it doesnt even have 700 miles on it since I did all this too it----And Im Broke-Down again!! Unless I can fix it cheap Its a goner--C-H-E-A-P!!!
Live in Virginia!!

What is the leak down rate? These engines are notorious for fuel leaks inside the intake plenum. This sounds like your problem. When you had the "crate engine" installed, did that include all new intake & plenum including the fuel system internal to the plenum? If not, I would almost guarantee the problem is with the fuel system in the engine.

Also, please lets stick to one topic here. Since you posted this in the 1st gen tech section, lets stick to the technical side of things. For sale threads are inappropriate outside of the classifieds section. Also please note that new policies have been put into place since you were here last concerning the classifieds section. Check out the Announcement in any Classifieds section for further details and feel free to PM me for an explanation.

Sorry, I did not mean to get off the topic, what I did was "INCLUDE" something in my general tech questioning! I do understand, Im just frustrated as well as you would be--ALSO offering the "Deal of the Century" if this is not easily fixable. However, I do not understand what you mean, "feel free to PM me for an explanation."??? Do I owe you an Explanation as to why I would include this in my post? If this bother's you that BAD, --Delete my post!! I really would like to fix my vehicle because I know it's a good vehicle, but on the other hand--I'm tired of it and it was easier to explain in 1 post--See what I'm saying?? Not trying to brake the rules. Anyways, with all of todays problems in Life, I really think it is a little crazy to call me out with something so "MINOR". I have had a terrible weekend, after being towed back on a tow-dolly, not only did I ruin my weeks vacation, but another couple who rode w/ my wife and I--I ruined theirs!! I just dont need to hear about how I posted wrong and owe someone an Explanation for my actions---DELETE IT!! Also, being in Management for over 22 years, you should explain your thoughts to me by a private message(PM).................

Um... You are entirely missing what I have said. The "PM me for an explanation" was concerning the new policies I mentioned (please re-read my reply). So PM me if you would like an explanation beyond what is in the announcement given and lets stick to one topic here.

Your "bad" or "hard" day is something no one else could know and really should have no bearing on this thread. And as far as your attempt to "include" your for sale ad in this thread, once again, that is inappropriate.

Try not to think so negatively. We are all here to help.
