4 wheel drive problem

94 s10 with push button hi-low switch.It was in hi range and I push low now seems to be stuck.It will only try to work in neutral. Thanks for any help.

mine got locked up once try rockin it back and forth drive and reverse nice and slow then try and hitting 2hi
