Guys I can not budge the floor shifter for engageing 4WD I push down the button and it will not move a hair, does not matter what gear I have the transmission in it's like it's locked up any clues as to what it might be?

 

Take the 4x4 console out/boot and make sure the button is disengaging the lock on the lever.

I always shift mine out in park (except for 4 hi)

 

If its been a few years it might be rusted

 

a year at the most since it has been used but I guess it's possable
