Default eager to learn but not to educated on mechanicing and termonolgy

I am having basically the same thing but with no clue where to get pressure tester and working on a VERY tight budget. I have just made one mistake buy getting the cheaper pump and have it in and it runs when key is on, but not sure where it is pumping to. I replaced the inline filter so lost some fuel like that but not getting gas anywhere. How long should it take to get to throttle body. Wondering if I missed something or what. Please point me in the right direction to get it moving.

turn key to the on position 3 times to prime the system,if its not there, then pumps bad,or ground on the tank,or no power to it. Buy only delphi or ac delco for these.

The pressure tester you can get for free at autozone. but you have to leave i think its a 75.00 deposit so if you dont bring the kit back etc etc. Soon as you return it you get a full refund back.

Already took care of the no power the pump makes a humming sound while running, and i am hearing that. So it might be running just not pumping what it needs. Someone was telling me about a relay on firewall in front of driver might be bad. Not sure how to test got meter and test light looking for a nudge in the right direction. Not really wanting to drop tank again if not needed.

Look above the brake booster, you will see 2 black box's attached to the firewall. They both are the same. Just swap them over with each other and see if anything happens. But if the pump is buzzing then its getting its power. I dont think it would even prime if the relay was bad..Do you have power at the injectors? You need to get a noid light and check if you have power at them.
