The fuel pressure is good, it is at 58-60 PSI, i replace the PCV and that did not seem to do anything, the car still idle rough with the new ignition control module, hopefully this fix the starting problem. there is no engine code. i took the EGR off today but i am not sure how to tell if its bad or not, any idea? the little plug with the hex key seems to push in and spring back to place, is this normal? i will take the spark plugs out this weekend if i have time. here is what i have done so far:

Plugs (1 year old)
Wires (1 year old)
Cap (1 year old)
Rotor
FPR
Fuel Filter
Ignition Coil
ignition contol module
PCV valve
Vaccum hoses

am i missing anything obvious, running out of ideas.

Look at your EGR cavity when you pull the valve. Mine was absolutely 100% filled with carbon and rock hard. Tiik a bunch of carb cleaner and even a chisel to get that stuff out. Cleaning the EGR valve is never a bad idea anyway. Some Berryman's works pretty good or pretty much your cleaner of choice. When you put it back on try to get a screened gasket. It will keep chunks from getting blown into it.
Have you checked for vacuum leaks?

I had the same problem what i did to fix was after changeing damn near everything you would think it was and it didn't fix the problem. i took it to 5 diffrent shops they couldn't fix it either. But i found out what it was and it was the (pick up coil) it only cost $20 and took 5 mins to replace it sit right under the distribitor cap. I changed it and haven't had the problem since. I hope this helps you.
