93 tranny problem HELP

93s10 blazer LT 4door 4.3 4x4 cpi 4speed auto 4l60e

can some one help. my turck willnot down shift.
If you manualey down shift nothing happens. But it up shifts fine

Your governor is stuck.

I have to look at my '93 tonight and see whats involved in fixing it.
The pics I have on this pc don't show it on the '00 and I know the '87 is easy to access on the outside of the tranny. So I need to look at my '93 to give you an idea in whats involved in fixing it.
