I try to avoid using old seals/gaskets but only because they are typically a cheap part to replace while you are already in there. It is certainly possible to re-use an old seal, but if it breaks while you're trying to fix this then you'll have to run out and find one. If you can... Always better to have the tiny parts like that on hand, just in case IMO.

Is it possible the autozone one does come with a gasket? or you have opened the box and seen there is no gasket (autozone parts are funny like that sometimes)

According to the pictures I can find on rockauto, one of the SAP parts comes with what looks like it may be the seal you are referring to. It appears on the vin W part number, but not the vin Z part number:

I am still not sure about this since autozone's web site as well as napa's site shows a picture of a map sensor that is identical to this MAP SENSOR CHEVROLET BUICK ISUZU PONTIAC GMC 5.7 3.1 | eBay and looks exactly like the sensor picture for engine W posted above minus the seal. Are all of these sensors the same minus the gasket or are they actually different? I am considering playing it safe and going with the advanced auto sensor for $50 but I am trying to save money since I am now paying way to much for rent.

I would lean towards the one that comes with a seal, as it is more likely to be the correct part and is more likely to contain all the parts you need. I would agree, just play it safe with the advanced auto part.
