I just got a 94 blazer 4.3 4x4, parked in someones garden for 5 years, got it home put in a battery and a new fuel pump 2 squirts of starting fluid and it starts right up. Runs smooth but high rpms around 2000 rpms and code 23 ??
code 23 (Manifold Air temperature sensor) would that cause high rpms

 

Have you checked for vacuum leaks?
