94 blazer "W" fuel system
I have replaced the pump and sending unit. I opened up the plenum and am going to change the CPI, "nut kit", and regulator. Is it a good idea to remove the intake to clean it well and replace intake gaskets? It seems to have "normal" oil in it, no pooling, just coated inside. I like to do things once, and don't want to have to do intake gaskets later. Thanks for any help.

It would be a good time to replace the LIM gaskets. You'll already be 75% of the way there once you remove the old CPI & 'nut kit'. Put some thread sealant on the LIM bolts to cut down on a bit of the oil intrusion into the LIM.
Also, if you are replacing the CPI spider, it will come with a new regulator so you don't have to buy a second one.

I replaced the cpi and "nut kit" yesterday, also the two relays on the firewall. Truck runs great now. I didn't mess with the intake gaskets, there were no signs of leaks. Thanks to all for the help.
