Default 94 S10 Blazer ABS Issues

Hi all - I just picked up a '94 S10 Blazer Tahoe which is really clean for its age but having some issues.

Namely the ABS light (ANTI-LOCK) comes on only after reaching speeds of ~10mph and stays on until I turn off the vehicle.

The brakes are very spongy but work.

Codes I get after jumping are: 41, 42, 45, 51, 52, 65, 67, 73, 86.

Seems like a lot of codes... I'm using this as a guide for what they mean: http://pswired.com/misc/pacaudio/abs.pdf

That being said, it seems like my EBCM and BPMV are bad. Seems like I can get a replacement EBCM, but not a BPMV? Are they known together as an Electro-Hydaulic Control Unit (EHCU)?

I've been reading some pretty bad things if this is the case, as I don't think I can find the BPMV anymore and if I did they could cost +$1k? Could it possibly be just the EBCM being bad? Any idea on why the ABS light is off until I hit ~10mph?

I could be wrong, but I believe this scenario would point to the vehicle getting different ABS/speed signals between the sensors. Probably caused by an intermittent signal from a loose or worn sensor.
