Default 94 s10 blazer trouble.. need help!

I got a 94 s10 blazer 4.3 vortec v6.My truck has started to run with a high idle (1000rpms high) and the high idle has made the transmission also change in 2nd and 3rd gears at a higher rpm. It gives me 3 codes 22,32,38. I have put a new TPS and egr on it. Ive checked the IAC and it works fine. Was told it could be a bad ECM but im not sur quit yet. The past days ive driven it and the light would stay off for 15 minutes. The truck ran like it was made to run while the light was off. I can't figure this out someone please help me.

are all your hoses good in other words the hose that runs from the Air box to the Valve cover on mine was cracked made the car run like crap i.e high idle also make sure it's connected....there are a few other vacume tubes near the fire wall I would check

Look at your throttle rigging. There should be nothing holding it from going back to normal idle (mechanical issue).
Code 22 - TPS Sensor Circuit Low (Low Voltage)
Code 32 - EGR Error - Is it clean as well as the intake port?
Code 38 - Count again - No such Code in 94 factory manual

you might want to invest in a cheap vacuum guage and see if you have low vacuum. if it's sucking air somewhere it shouldn't it'll cause it to rev. I've had to replace nearly all the vacuum lines in my 95 because the texas heat bakes them and makes them brittle.
